The Vancouver Curling Club is pleased to welcome external groups -- corporate events, trade shows, gatherings of friends & family, weddings, birthday parties and more -- to come enjoy the VCC experience.

For those groups looking for a curling experience, we offer both hourly rentals and block bookings of ice time, and our ice rentals are available from September to April. The VCC's new facility has up to eight sheets of ice available for your rental group, and we have rental pricing to meet different group sizes and for different amounts of rental time.

In regards to available rental times, there are limited times available during the daytime and evenings from Sunday to Friday but we have dedicated rental times for all of Saturday afternoon and evening.

Our facility, meanwhile, has a larger lounge and a lockable Boardroom. The Boardroom seats up to 50, and the expanded Last Draw Lounge seats 200+. Both of these rooms are available as a stand-alone rental all 12 months of the year or as part of a ice rental.

In addition to the board room and the Last Draw Lounge, special events can be booked in the Lower Lounge and the Arena during the off-season, from May to August.
