Sports Day in Canada

The Vancouver Curling Club will be featured as part of Sports Day in Canada – a national celebration of sport, from grassroots to high-performance levels, in communities across the country.
The VCC invites you to come try curling for free on Sept. 29 from 12pm until 4pm.
Activities during the day include:

  • On-ice coaching from certified coaches
  • Draw to the Button Contests (every hour)
  • Capital One Rocks & Rings (a curling program held on the floor – not on the ice – to introduce kids to curling)
  • Colouring station and balloons for kids
  • Door prizes
  • Snacks and juice

All of the activities above are available for free.
