Our annual BBQ celebrating and thanking the contributions of the many volunteers who help ensure the continued success of the VCC.

Every League Representative, League Executive and/or organizers and all the volunteers in the club's respective leagues who have contributed their time to their league's management and social activities this past season are invited.

Intended as a casual event before the AGM, the Volunteer BBQ is a chance to announce the Female and Male Volunteers of the Year and to share some stories and events your group enjoyed this past season.

All interested club volunteers are to let their league representative know no later than Monday, April 21st so that food can be arranged.
