ICE RENTALS COST DETAILS
Hourly Rental
(per sheet)
 $77.50 + HST Subject to availability on weekdays & weekends
Includes: equipment rentals (brooms, sliders & grippers), access to only the ice
Minimum 2 hour rental

Half-Day Rental
(Saturday,
6 hrs)

 5 sheets:
$1465 + HST
8 sheets:
$2340 + HST


 Available blocks: 12-6 pm or 6pm-12am
Includes: equipment rentals (brooms, sliders & grippers), access to 5 or 8 sheets of ice, basic pre-session off-ice and on-ice instruction, access to lobby, bar and lounge
Full-Day Rental
(Saturday,
12 hrs)

 5 sheets:
$2250 + HST
8 sheets:
$3600 + HST


 Available block: 12pm - 12am
Includes: equipment rentals (brooms, sliders & grippers), access to 5 or 8 sheets of ice, basic pre-session off-ice and on-ice instruction, access to lobby, bar and lounge
OFF-ICE RENTALS PRICE DETAILS
Hourly Rentals Boardroom:
$50/hr + HST
Upper Lounge:
$125/hr + HST
Lower Lounge:
$75/day + HST






 Includes: access to the space requested, required staff on-site
Minimum 1 hour rental
Bar and bartender: $50/hr + HST
Bar, bartender and server: $70/hr + HST
Lower Lounge is only available May to August
Daily Rentals Boardroom:
$350/day + HST
Upper Lounge:
$875/day + HST
Lower Lounge:
$500/day + HST
Arena:
$3,500/day + HST








 Includes: access to the space requested, required staff on-site
Bar and bartender: $50/hr + HST
Bar, bartender and server: $70/hr + HST
Lower Lounge and Arena are only available May to August
** Note: if ice rental groups renting a fewer number of sheets for 2-5 hours want the bar/lounge open, then they will pay per the rates above or a minimum guaranteed bar sales amount (ie, $200)
